There are bad days
Every human has them
Sometimes you just gotta work through them
Becomes harder when you been in-doctrined by a system
That says don't bother we'll do it for you
Mental illness says you ain't a part of the regular system
They poke fun and throw jokes
Like you dumb or something
But you still gotta be able to overcome it
Your own battles whether it be ptsd or some other symptom
That takes only one person at firstly
It takes you
You to find out what enables you
To beat the injustice of the justice system
Stand for your rights
Recognize your plight
And number one if you can
If you got someone
Talk it out and categorize
For the sanity of your own mind
The world ain't right
there's a lot of things wrong
But like they say
You aren't alone
Trust this
Build trust
Rather than spreading distrust
And involving innocent people
Build peace that overcomes
Any anger or hate that rises up
From your own feelings that you were somehow wronged
Left alone
Sounds easier than it actually Is to get it done
But you yourself
Gotta find out what's right and wrong
For yourself, you're number one
Forget the haters or the naysayers
That ain't got you
there honestly may be something wrong with your behaviour
Sometimes you can't even trust the ones
that say they are there for you
Mental incarceration
Is a mind fuck
Don't use it as a crutch
that got built from the outside
On into the deep side of the recesses of your mind.
Let it go Let the trauma go
No matter how long it takes you
Focus that your life is now not back when or what's to come
Trust the process
That Belongs to you and that change
Comes from changing
Your own mindset
About the world around you
People get stuck
And I know it ain't easy
But this is just my lesson
I had to learn the hard way
Gotta be deter-minded
To know who you are
How you identify it
